Self Inspection Link Generation
ALTO AI API allows developers to generate single sign-on (SSO) tokens for use in their applications. These tokens can be used to authenticate users and provide them with access to the API's functionality.
What is an SSO Token?
A Single Sign-On (SSO) token is typically issued by an identity provider (IDP) that is responsible for verifying the user's identity and granting access to the requested resources. When a user attempts to access an application or service that uses SSO, they are redirected to the IDP to log in. Once the user's identity is verified, the IDP issues an SSO token that can be used to access the requested resources without requiring the user to log in again.
Our WebApp includes a number of modules that are available as widgets that can be easily integrated into an iframe. These widgets allow developers to access the full range of features and functionality provided by the ALTO AI platform.
To use these widgets, you will need to generate a temporary permission token. This token will allow you to access the widget for a specified period of time, after which the token will expire and you will need to generate a new one.
To generate a token, you can use the Token Manager API. Simply select the widget you want to use and the duration for which you want the token to be valid. The Token Manager will then generate a token SSO that you can use to access the widget.
Using tokens is an easy and secure way to grant temporary permissions for using the widgets in the ALTO AI WebApp. This allows developers to easily integrate our AI capabilities into their own products and services without having to manage long-term access keys.
Send SSO Token via SMS or email
One unique feature of ALTO AI API is the ability to send SSO tokens via SMS or email. This allows developers to easily authenticate users through their phone or email account, adding an additional layer of security to their applications.
For more information on how to generate and use SSO tokens with the ALTO AI API, please see the "User Flow examples" section of the documentation: Tchek Self Inspection & Your Flow
