User Flow - “standalone” version
User Flow - “standalone” version
You may want to try out all our features before integrating our webapp in your flow. In that case, our Hub gives you access to all the features you need!
You can send the SMS/Email with the link to the inspection to your customer, receive the pictures once they inspected their car on our webapp, then review the damages and issue the final inspection report.
On the webapp, the customer is guided through the necessary steps to capture high-quality images of their vehicle, which are then automatically analyzed by Alto AI for :
damage detection (car body, interior elements and/or dashboard warning lights;)
license plate reading
VIN reading
Mileage reading
The customer may also be asked to answer a few questions providing additional details on their vehicle, allowing you to obtain the full picture.
All this valuable information is then made available to you in several forms and on different channels:
a webhook notification containing the JSON of the report, complete with links to the original images and to the complete inspection report web page;
an email or an SMS, pointing you to the inspection analysis on the Hub, or pointing the client to the final web report.
With Tchek Self Inspection, you can easily leverage the power of Alto AI to streamline your vehicle inspection process and provide valuable data to your customers.
There’s more than one way to get the most of our service!
Shoot Inspect Customization
The Shoot Inspect flow guides users in taking the pictures of a vehicle and any related elements for your inspections. The Shoot Inspect experience can be customized to meet different needs in terms of accuracy and usability. You can define:
The pictures of the car body (and which angles) that you wish to obtain;
The pictures of any interior elements (like seats, trunk, etc) that you wish to obtain;
The pictures of any additional elements (dashboard, multimedia system, roadworthiness certificates,...);
Any message you want to appear on screen to provide users with additional instructions for taking the pictures.
The color of the mask displayed on top of the camera screen,
The preview images on top showing the expected picture
Onboarding / Offboarding Customization
To further guide the user in taking quality pictures, or clarifying the flow they are about to take part in, we can show some static screens before and at the end of the inspection.
Screens can contain:
one logo
one title,
one image,
one description
one link block
one call to action button
two additional links for terms and conditions and privacy policies
Elements can be toggled on/off to leave more space for detailed descriptions or illustrations. Clients can customize:
The color of the description background, and the color of the description text
The color of the title background, and the color of the title text
The color of the call to action background, and the color of the title text
Users can swipe through the pages, or use the Call to action buttons to go back and forth.
Forms
To gather further information about the vehicle, we can add a form before or after the photo shooting. Answers can be open or closed, with closed answers possibly generating additional costs to be applied to the report.
Analyzing the damage detection
Once the inspection is complete, ALTO AI automatically detects the damages found in the images.
Following the damage detection, a damage review is recommended to ensure the final report only contains relevant damages. Damages can be reviewed from Tchek’s Hub, either by one of your agents, or by a Tchek expert as an option.
Communication (Webhook, Emails, SMS)
For most events (from the creation of the self inspection token, to the confirmation of the final version of the inspection report), we can issue emails, SMS or notify one webhook so that any party involved is informed and can take any action required from them. This greatly helps building streamlined processes to rationalize the operations and ensuring the communication is flowing smoothly.
Usually our clients want to be notified as soon as the inspection from the end-user is over, so they can either proceed to the damage validation, or to analyze and edit the inspection report before sharing the final version with their client. This can be done by setting up emails containing the direct link to the Hub page for the inspection.
They may also want to feed their CRM with any information from the final inspection report, or build a report of their own.
The list of events, complete with the information that can be recovered via webhook is available here: https://tchek.gitbook.io/documentation/api-endpoints/webhook/configuration
There’s plenty of ways to create a successful inspection experience!
